Project-specific terms apply
Impressiko does not publish a universal refund promise because strategy, design and development engagements are scoped individually. The signed proposal or service agreement states payment milestones, cancellation rights and any refund treatment for that project.
Work already performed
Fees for completed discovery, design, development, reserved capacity, purchased licences or approved deliverables may be non-refundable where the applicable agreement says so and the law permits.
Raise a concern promptly
If you believe a payment or deliverable has been handled incorrectly, email hello@impressiko.com with the project name, invoice reference and a clear description. We will review the agreement, work completed and relevant records in good faith.
Payment-provider timing
Where a refund is approved, bank or payment-provider processing times may apply and are outside Impressiko’s control.
